Preschool Programmes

Wriggle & Rhyme and Storytime are programmes that encourage learning through reading stories with rhymes, music, and play. During each session we share a variety of stories, songs, rhymes and other fun book related activities. Preschool programmes are run during term time and are 30-minute sessions.

Wriggle & Rhyme

The Wriggle & Rhyme programme includes music, movement, rhymes, and a book, and is suitable for babies and under 2s.

It’s a great opportunity to bond with your baby/toddler and meet others in the community, join our relaxed, fun group for interactive songs, rhymes, and books that will delight and develop your baby or toddler.

Motueka Library Te Noninga Kumu: Begins 9 February Monday at 10.30am

Tākaka Library: Begins 10 February Tuesday at 10.00am

Storytime

The Storytime programme include stories, music, movement, and rhymes for children aged 2 and over. Meet others in our community when you and your pre-schooler join us for a fun variety of stories, songs and rhymes which foster children’s literacy.
