Motueka Library Te Noninga Kumu is closed from Monday 12 October until Wednesday 14 October 2026 so that library staff can move the shelving and collection in preparation for the new Council Customer Service space.
The library will re-open on Thursday (15 October) with the usual hours in place.
While the library is closed you will still be able to:
- Return library books through the afterhours chute
- Use the public Wi-Fi outside the library
- Attend regular/scheduled library programmes and any public bookings in the Community Meeting Room
